The Problem

A supplier fails quietly.
You find out when the delivery doesn't arrive.

Here's what happens if you don't see it coming: your line stops, your customers wait, and you're sourcing a replacement in a panic instead of on your terms. The warning signs already exist in public data months before failure — late filings, director resignations, credit deterioration, legal proceedings. Most manufacturers just aren't watching for them. SupplyGuard watches all of it across the UK today, with Europe coverage coming next.

How It Works

Three steps. Fully automated.

Set it up once in under 30 minutes. SupplyGuard monitors your UK suppliers and alerts you the moment something changes — with Europe coverage coming next.

Step 1
Build your Supplier Registry
Add your suppliers — name, Companies House number, spend tier, category. Takes 20 minutes. We handle everything else from there.
Step 2
We monitor. Continuously.
Our scoring engine pulls from the Companies House API — filing history, director records, secured charges and insolvency — plus winding-up and liquidation notices from The Gazette, updating every supplier's risk score weekly. CCJs, credit scores and European registries are next on the roadmap.
Step 3
You get alerted — with actions
When a supplier crosses a risk threshold you receive an alert with the specific signals that triggered it and recommended next steps — not just a warning, a plan.

FAQ

Questions before you commit.

How do you collect supplier data?
Directly from Companies House's official API — company status, filing history, director records, secured charges and insolvency records — plus winding-up, liquidation and strike-off notices from The Gazette. All verified public UK sources. No manual data entry from you, and no scraping. CCJs and credit agency data are on the roadmap, not live today.
How often is risk information updated?
Every UK supplier on your watchlist is checked automatically once a day. Add a new supplier and we check it within minutes, not tomorrow — you're not waiting on an overnight cycle to see your first result.
Can you assess Tier 2 suppliers?
Yes, if you know who they are — add them to your watchlist exactly the same way as your Tier 1 suppliers, and they're monitored the same way. We don't yet automatically discover who supplies your suppliers; if you can name a UK-registered company, we can monitor it.
How long does implementation take?
Under 30 minutes for your initial supplier list. Add your suppliers and checks start running immediately — no IT project, no onboarding call required to get your first result.
Do I need ERP integration?
No. SupplyGuard works standalone — search Companies House data directly and add suppliers in a couple of clicks. Pulling supplier lists from an ERP or CSV import is on the roadmap, but it's not required to start.
